SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Handling
All of our baskets will be shipped/delivered anywhere in the U.S. for only $9.95.
Standard shipments are to arrive within 3-5 business days after your order is entered. Expedited service is available in most areas.
Local Lansing, Michigan delivery (and surrounding areas up to 15 miles) is only $5.95. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (Monday through Friday) will be shipped same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (Monday through Friday) will be shipped the following business day.
Gift Basket Cut Off Times
Orders placed by 1pm EST Monday through Friday will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST Monday through Friday will ship out the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 1pm EST through Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is available for an additional $35.00 added to the shipping and must be placed before 1pm EST on Friday.
Order Delivery Times
Orders shipped to a business address will be delivered Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders shipped to residential addresses will be delivered Monday through Saturday between 9am through 8pm.
Shipping Options
Standard - Within 5 Business Days If shipping to a Business address- Monday through Friday during normal business hours. If shipping to a Residential address-Monday through Saturday 9am-8pm.
Three Business Day - Within 3 Business Days Standard shipping plus an additional $6.00 per item. Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m
Two Business Day
Standard shipping plus an additional $10.00 per item. Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m
Standard Overnight
Standard shipping plus an additional $20.00 per item. Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Standard overnight may not be available in all areas.
Priority Overnight Standard shipping plus an additional $35.00 per item. Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas Priority overnight may not be available in all areas.
Saturday Delivery
Standard shipping plus an additional $35.00 per item. Delivery by Noon to most U.S. addresses. This delivery service may not be available in all areas.
